Channeling Energy
I woke early wednesday - to the sun that was finally shining. Made plans to meet Laura at Cosghall park - at 9 am. when i got there - had the plaace to myself. I went over to the swingset - to indulge in the nostalgic activity as an attempt to reminess in the simplicity of those younger years. I dug deep and recalled some incantation that had lulled me into the familiar rhythm of yesteryear. I had pointed my toes to the sky, and then back down again - lost myself in the repetative movement simple, steady motion combined with the rise, the fall and so on. I felt myself glide through the air, felt the breeze on my skin. Basked in the sunlight fresh in the sky. I felt this overwhelming feeling of contentness. I was blissful, I felt serene and upon closing my eyes I felt as though I were flying - I felt free. I looked foreward, directly in front of me was a enormously tall pine, and I had imagined it's placement to be square, centered, aligned with myeself, with my movements. I closed my eyes again, and felt it's prominent presence. I felt as though it was channeling energy toward me, lifting me up, and that I was vibrating at a higher energy level, able to accept beauty, able to be more in tune, able to allow simple coincidences my going with the flow, following the path.~Probably inspired by the James Redfield novel that I had read in 02' called The Celestine Prophecy
